Wednesday Morning Update:

I had a bunch of “IRL” stuff going on this week, so I haven’t been able to update this site in awhile.  But, I’m back for now… and here’s some pics from Episode 6 for you.

Photos (in order of my favorite to least favorite)

Caris – This is probably one of the best photos yet this season.  The look very “connected” (as opposed to her looking like she’s using him as an armchair) and her face is very beautiful and soft, yet intense at the same time.  She looks like a real model here.

Jamie – I know not everyone loves Jamie, but it seems to me throughout the weeks she’s improving.  Sure, her face could be more expressive, but here she gives off the impression of being completely comfortable and relaxed, despite the fact that you know holding herself up like that has to be quite a workout for her legs.  To me, it looks like a real ad.

Alexandra – I thought this one was the most interesting pose, but not particularly flattering as far as showing off the clothing.  And her arm sticking out looks funny; she’d have been better off wrapping her arm around his chest/shoulder.

Alyce – The leg-cross thing looks a bit awkward, and her facial expression isn’t doing anything for me, but overall I guess it’s not so bad.

Samantha – It’d be a fine picture if she had a neck.  And a shirt.

Demelza – I have major issues with this photo.  Not only is this pose not flattering to her body or the clothing, but the positioning make it look like she’s getting ready to give birth.  And her face in this one is boring and her eyes rather dead.

Leiden – Of all the girls, Leiden looks the most awkward/uncomfortable, which is a real turn-off for an ad like this.  The way she’s holding herself is as if she’s totally grossed out by even touching the guy and wants to have the absolute least amount of contact with him as possible.  Her face is pleasant and pretty, but the body language just screams discomfort.

Rebecca – Ew.  This is one that makes me uncomfortable even looking at it.  I think there’s a strange sort of paradox with the super-sexual body positioning and his expression contrasted with her girly middle-school half-smile/uncertain facial expression.  The body says “mature sexuality” while the face screams “little girl who has no idea what she’s doing.”  Totally creepy.
